7 Hãy ở lại nhà đó, ăn uống những gì người ta dọn cho, vì người làm công đáng được trả công. Đừng đi từ nhà này sang nhà khác. 7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. 8 Khi vào thành nào, người ta tiếp rước các ngươi, hãy ăn những gì người ta đã cho các ngươi. 8 And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:

5 Khi vào nhà nào, trước tiên hãy nói: "Bình an cho nhà này!" 5 And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house. 6 Nếu ở đó có người con của sự bình an, sự bình an của các ngươi sẽ ở lại với nhà đó; bằng không, sự bình an đó sẽ trở về với các ngươi. 6 And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
3 Hãy lên đường; Ta sai các ngươi như chiên con vào giữa bầy sói. 3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. 4 Đừng mang theo túi tiền, bao bị, giày dép, và đừng chào hỏi ai dọc đường. 4 Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.
1 Sau đó, Chúa lập bảy mươi hai người khác, sai từng đôi đi trước Ngài đến các thành và nơi Ngài sẽ đến, 1 After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. 2 và phán cùng họ rằng: Mùa gặt thì trúng, song thợ gặt thì ít. Vậy hãy cầu xin Chủ mùa gặt sai thợ gặt đến gặt lúa của Ngài. 2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
61 Một người khác nữa nói: "Lạy Chúa, tôi sẽ theo Ngài, nhưng trước hết xin cho phép tôi từ biệt gia đình tôi." 61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house. 62 Đức Chúa Jêsus đáp: "Ai đã tra tay vào cày mà ngoái lại đằng sau thì không xứng đáng với Nước Đức Chúa Trời." 62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
60 Đức Chúa Jêsus đáp: "Cứ để kẻ chết chôn kẻ chết của họ, còn anh hãy đi rao giảng Nước Đức Chúa Trời." 60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.
59 Ngài nói với một người khác: "Hãy theo Ta." Người ấy đáp: "Lạy Chúa, xin cho phép tôi về chôn cất cha tôi trước đã. 59 And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.
58 Đức Chúa Jêsus đáp: "Con cáo có hang, chim trời có tổ, nhưng Con Người không có nơi nào gối đầu." 58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.
57 Khi họ đang đi trên đường, một người thưa với Ngài: "Tôi sẽ theo Ngài bất cứ nơi nào Ngài đi." 57 And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
54 Hai môn đồ của Người là Gia-cơ và Giăng thấy vậy, liền nói: "Lạy Chúa, Thầy có muốn chúng con khiến lửa từ trời xuống thiêu rụi chúng như Ê-li-a đã làm không?" 54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? 55 Nhưng Ngài quay lại quở trách họ rằng: "Các ngươi không biết mình thuộc loại thần khí nào. Vì Con Người đến không phải để hủy diệt mạng sống con người, nhưng để cứu họ." 55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. 56 Sau đó, họ đi đến một làng khác. 56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.
