46 Các môn đồ tranh luận với nhau xem ai là người lớn nhất. 46 Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest. 47 Đức Giê-su hiểu ý nghĩ trong lòng họ, nên đã lấy một em nhỏ, đặt bên cạnh Người, 47 And Jesus, perceiving the thought of their heart, took a child, and set him by him, 48 và nói với họ: "Ai tiếp đón em nhỏ này nhân danh Thầy là tiếp đón Thầy; và ai tiếp đón Thầy là tiếp đón Đấng đã sai Thầy. Người nhỏ nhất trong các con chính là người lớn nhất." 48 And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.
